Webinar: APO Site Reviewer Renewal Course (1119)

Monday, November 4, 2019 - Wednesday, January 1, 2020

This is a 90-minutes webinar, recorded on October 7, 2019.

Only IPMI-approved APO Site Reviewers whose status expires on 12/31/19 should enroll. Reviewers must attend and pass this course to maintain their status to be able to offer APO Site Review Services no later than 12/31/19.

You must attend the live or recorded webinar and pass a short end of course assessment to renew your APO Site Reviewer status through 12/31/22. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and qualified participants will be listed as trained site reviewers on the IPMI website.

A pesar de que existen muchas iniciativas alrededor del mundo para motivar a las personas a utilizar medios de transporte alternativo a los vehículos privados, los vehículos privados no van a desaparecer de nuestro panorama en el futuro cercano. La primera parte del entrenamiento explica con números el porqué los coches están aquí para quedarse. Además, se dibuja una imagen general de la relación tan fuerte que existe entre persona-vehículo. Esto nos lleva directo a resaltar la importancia que tiene la industria de los estacionamientos y finalmente nos hace ver la necesidad de buscar la excelencia dentro de la misma.

Para que una operación de estacionamiento sea considerada de excelencia, se tienen que llenar y sobrepasar las expectativas de TODOS los involucrados en la misma. La segunda parte del entrenamiento explora la operación a través de los ojos de: (cliente/usuario), (establecimiento/destino), (vecinos/comunidad), (autoridades), (operador), (proveedor) e (inversionista). Todos ellos son los involucrados. Una vez que todas las expectativas de cada uno de ellos hayan sido cubiertas, entonces puedes haber alcanzado la excelencia……………pero espera, la excelencia no es algo que se alcanza: es un proceso continuo.
